Nothing the hotel was totally a horrible discuting mess

Room was a mess bad smell no hot water infact no water at all too shower only black sludge came from tap . Pool was dirty and very bad state of repair i would not reccomend this place too anyone.

the pool is quite big, and my son very happy bout that. there are many culinary around the hotel, many choice of food.

unfortunately, the AC not working properly, some time it can power on, but when switch off, it wont on again. and there is leak of AC water when power on after few hours.

Why the beeakfast not complety like before....where is dim sum, sionay, baso and many kind of sausage not a piece of sausage

The room is smell. The toilet in our room is dirty and when we come in to the room there is still a dirty cup in the kitchen The towel in the room are also not in good condition

air con is very hot. its like a fan. contacted the room service and they said sending maintenance but never come. Asked twice. bad service.

The apartment was great because it is a beach front one. The ensuite bathroom and extra powder room are really nice to have. Listening to the sound of the ocean really was relaxing. Really love the location of our room.

- At first we didn't get the room we booked. Then it took us a long time to see other rooms and finally unload our stuff. - The AC didn't work very good so it was quite warm in one bedroom upstairs also the toilet was not the best view. - We had kitchen but I don't think the stove is safe to use. - The refrigerator was not cold enough to preserve the food we brought.

The location is easy to find. It has complete facilities: pool, tennis court, spa It has access to the beach directly, but too noisy with merchants and too dirty with garbage

the facilities of the hotel are somehow outdated, need to be renovated in some areas. The AirCon in my room has troubled, sometimes it has been off and on uncontrolled. There just only one elevator operated, need some time waiting for elevator. The pool is mouldy. The lobby needs redecorated and added more lamps. At 7 am of my second day at the hotel, i saw 2 men slept at the lobby couch and no security nor staff tried to forbid them.

Only the location is good.

We booked for a deluxe suit room for a one night stay. Our room was located in the Yudhistra tower. The room was really old, very different from the photos, living room windows facing the carpark cannot be locked, the AC in living room did not work well, has no remote control given, we need to call the maintenance team twice to get the AC working. The kitchen door lock to the back room was damaged, the furniture in the living room were in very poor condition. The AC in the room was very noisy. While walking around the hotel next morning, the outer wall of the same building looks really run down, the walls look just like as if the place has been deserted for years with no one living in it. Foods were so so.. This is a very different hotel compared to more than 5 years ago. The whole family were quite disappointed and this will be our last stay at the hotel if the condition do not improve.

I like the location and we really had a very good view from our room. Special thanks to Mr Yohannes from Marbella Hotel for the services.

Ambience

It requeire strong mantainance... the hotel is falling into parts. Many things in the room and in the hotel not in working conditions, bathrooms and roomnit clean it was breading space for mosquitos.

Sehr renovierungsbedürftige Unterkunft! Liegen am Pool alle kaputt! Anlage draussen nicht wirklich sauber...

Завтрак покупали дополнительно. Недешево, но очень вкусно и плотно! Ужин по меню, тоже остались довольны. Великолепные панорамные виды с балконов, выходящих на бассейн.

В отеле все очень старое, многое не работает. В поисках 2х номеров с работающими кондиционерами посмотрели 6 комнат, час бегали по всему отелю. В одном из номеров кондиционер через час сдох. Два дня по несколько раз мы ходили на ресепшн с просьбой починить его, добились этого только на 3ий день (накануне нашего отъезда). До розеток и проводов старались не дотрагиваться, боялись короткого замыкания. Около бассейна стояли таблички с надписями на индонезийском об опасности купания в нем. Пляж очень грязный. Его никогда не чистят, все кидают мусор и окурки. Лежаки (очень страшного вида) предлагают непонятные личности за дополнительную плату. Сантехника старая и ржавая. На 4 звезды отель не тянет!!!

Хороший персонал.

Кондиционеры не работали. Пришлось поменять номер, но во втором номере так же не работал кондиционер в спальне.

الفندق معزول عن الخدمات وأثاث الفندق قديم ويحتاج سيارة للذهاب الى البقالة والمطاعم

المسبح جداا رائع واطلالة البحر ممتعة والنت في الغرفة جيد ومساحة الغرف رائعة

الاثاث والسرير والدواليب كلها قديمة والحمامات كذلك قديمة وطاقم الخدمة بطيئ الاستجابة والمطعم سيئ للغاية والاكلات لا طعم فيها وفي نفس الوقت غالي

فندق متهالك ولم يعمل له صيانة وتجديد بعد التسونامي لقد سبق لي السكن في هذا الفندق عام 2004 وكان ساحر وجميل بعكس الأن
